Excellence in Quality Assurance & Control

Committed to Superior Standards in Fabrication

At G-sons Engineering Co., Quality Assurance and Quality Control are integral to every stage of our fabrication process. We follow well-defined QA/QC procedures to ensure that all fabricated components meet specified drawings, material standards, and applicable industry codes before delivery.

Our Quality Assurance process begins with strict control over raw materials, including verification of material test certificates (MTCs) and compliance with approved specifications. Detailed inspection and test plans (ITPs) are prepared for each project, ensuring consistency, traceability, and adherence to approved fabrication procedures.

Quality Control is maintained through continuous monitoring during cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing activities. Our qualified inspectors conduct dimensional checks, visual inspections, and non-destructive testing (NDT) such as dye penetrant, ultrasonic, or radiographic testing as required. Welding activities are carried out by certified welders following approved WPS and PQR standards.

Before dispatch, all fabricated items undergo final inspection to confirm dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and compliance with client requirements. Through systematic documentation, inspection records, and corrective action procedures, we ensure reliable, safe, and high-quality fabrication solutions that meet both national and international standards.
